These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experiences, AI styling features, community feed, and related services (the "Service") provided by Style Me AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) to use the Service. By using Style Me AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Style Me AI offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently $12 USD per month for Pro). Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
"Your Content" means anything you upload, post, or submit to the Service — including wardrobe photos, outfits, community posts, replies, profile information, and feedback. You retain ownership of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content, you grant Style Me AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute it solely as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service. Public content (community posts, shared outfits) may be viewed by anyone with access to the URL.

The community feed is a shared space. Be respectful. Replies from verified vendors carry our gold ✦ badge but do not constitute professional styling, medical, dermatological, or legal advice. Style Me AI does not endorse any particular product, brand, or vendor and is not responsible for transactions between users and vendors.
Outfit recommendations, reasoning, and tips are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or biases. You are solely responsible for what you wear, purchase, or do based on AI suggestions. Style Me AI is provided as a styling assistant — not professional advice.
Beta access is provided "as-is" and may include features that are unfinished, unstable, or subject to change. By participating, you agree that your usage data and feedback may be used to improve the Service. Beta access can be revoked at any time, and we may impose usage limits to protect Service performance.
The Service may link to third-party retailers, brands, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, products, prices, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms.
The Service — including the Style Me AI brand, logo, code, design, AI prompts, and editorial content — is owned by Style Me AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STYLE ME AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
You agree to indemnify and hold Style Me AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where required by local consumer-protection law, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
