If you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive limited information (last four digits of card, billing country) but never see or store your full card number.
Style Me AI uses third-party large language models (currently OpenAI's GPT-4o family) to generate outfit recommendations and stylist commentary. When you request an outfit, descriptions of the relevant wardrobe items, your profile, and contextual signals (occasion, weather) are sent to our AI provider. Your photos are not used to train third-party AI models, and our provider's terms prohibit them from using API content to train their public models.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Outfits you share via a share link, posts you publish to the community feed, and replies you make are public and may be viewed, copied, or indexed by anyone with the URL. Even when posted anonymously, the content remains public — please do not include private information.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to support legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs. You may delete individual items, outfits, and posts at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, we remove your personal account data; anonymised aggregate analytics may be retained.
If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Style Me AI is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted database connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Style Me AI operates from the United States, and your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand how the Service is used. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
